If you no longer want to play Clash of Clans, you can theoretically sell it. However, if you sell or buy it, you are in breach of the terms and conditions
How to sell your Clash of Clans account
Selling a Clash of Clans account is relatively simple. You have several options, which you should consider carefully:
- Since your account is linked to your Apple ID or Google account, you should transfer the account and not simply sell your Apple ID or Google account. These contain too much sensitive data
- If you can trust the buyer and interact with them live, the account can be transferred from one smartphone to the other. Alternatively, you can transfer the account to a new email address yourself and then sell it
- As a seller, you should always ask for the money first and then transfer the account. Alternatively, you can have half of the money paid first, transfer the account and then demand the second half. Never transfer the account before you have the money
How to transfer a sold account
Account trading is commonplace in the gaming world. Nevertheless, you should bear in mind that manufacturers do not welcome trading.
- A sold account can usually be transferred without any problems. The transfer works both from iOS to iOS and from Android to Android, as well as from iOS to Android and vice versa.
- If you can communicate with the buyer via WhatsApp, Facebook or live on site, the account can be easily transferred from one smartphone to the other. Alternatively, you can create a Google account or an Apple ID with a second smartphone and transfer the account to this
- If the buyer then logs into the game or Playstore with the data, the game status is loaded. You will then no longer have access to the account
- The easiest and safest way is to sell to friends or people you can meet in person. Payment is therefore secure and problems can be solved easily and directly. Trading online is also possible, but just as unsafe
- The operator Supercell reserves the right to block purchased accounts in the event of suspicion. Unblocking is not easy and is not always guaranteed.
