Activision: How to contact support
Before contacting customer support, you can search for a solution to your problem yourself on Activision’s support page. To do this, select the issue you are trying to resolve and follow the steps in the articles.
– If this did not help, you should register on the Activison website and access the Support Options

– Select the game, platform, theme and issue here. A new page will then open where you can create a customer service ticket. Enter your email address here and describe your problem.
– Alternatively, you can also reach the technical support via the email address “support@activision.de”.
– Written enquiries should be sent to Activision Deutschland GmbH, Fraunhoferstr. 7, 85737 Ismaning. However, online contact is more advisable as it is much more convenient and faster.
