Nutella is without question one of the most popular spreads of all – here we show you how you can make a white version, the “Nutella White”, yourself.
The ingredients for the Nutella White
The following recipe comes from the “spread queen Vera”, who shares her creations on Instagram. You can make the delicious white Nutella variety yourself from just 4 ingredients. Here’s what you need to make it:
- 200 g white chocolate
- 1 packet of white chocolate of the “Mousse au Chocolat” variety (approx. 190 g)
- 7 tsp sunflower oil
- 35 g hazelnut puree (bought or homemade)
If you want to make the hazelnut puree yourself, you need to bake whole hazelnuts at 140 degrees top/bottom heat until the shell starts to peel off. Then rub the nuts together so that the shell comes off completely. Then grind the shelled hazelnuts in a blender for a few minutes until the desired mush consistency is reached.
Making white Nutella
In just a few minutes, the delicious chocolate cream is ready. We show you how to proceed step by step:
- Place the two types of chocolate in a bowl in the water bath with the sunflower oil.
- Finally, mix everything until it becomes a nice cream.
