Cancel your Twitch Prime subscription – here’s how

by Pramith

You can cancel your Twitch Prime subscription if you no longer want to use the services. It’s easy to do directly on your Twitch.tv profile. To do so, simply look under your subscriptions.

Instructions: Cancel your Twitch subscription

Using Amazon Prime, you will receive a free Tier 1 subscription to Twitch every 30 days. As a non-customer or use of additional memberships, the subscription costs 3.99 euros. For 7.99 euros you get a Tier 2 subscription and for 19.99 euros then the Tier 3 membership, each of which gives you additional features and chat colours as well as badges. If you no longer need the premium functions, you can simply cancel the subscription.

  • To do this, log into your account on the Twitch website
  • Click on your profile in the top right-hand corner and select the “Subscriptions” category.
  • Here you will now find an overview of your subscriptions. Depending on the type of subscription, this is in a different category.
  • Select the Twitch subscription you want, click on the gear icon and select the option “Do not renew subscription”.
  • Note: The free Twitch Prime subscription will automatically expire after 30 days. You can reactivate it at any time.
