WD My Cloud: Forgotten your password – what to do?

If you have forgotten your password for the WD My Cloud, you can request it again in just a few steps. We’ll show you how to do this.

Forgotten password for WD My Cloud – request again

Navigate to the My Cloud homepage in the browser. Select whether you want to sign up for “My Cloud Home” or for “My Cloud”.

  • Click “Sign in to My Cloud Home” and on the next page click “Sign in”.
  • You will be redirected to a page where you can sign in. Click on “Log in to Cloud Account” and then on “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address and you will receive an email where you can reset your password.
  • Follow the instructions in the message to enter a new password.
  • If you can no longer access your email box, you will need to contact My Cloud support directly.
