Find out MAC address
You can usually find the MAC address on the network adapter. If this label has been lost or is unreadable, you can proceed as follows:
Start the command prompt on your computer. To do this, press the key combination [Windows] + [R] and enter “cmd” in the text field. Confirm with “OK”.
Enter “ipconfig /all” here and find the “Physical Address” or “Physical Address” in the “Ethernet Adapter Local Area Connection” or “Wireless LAN Adapter WLAN” section. This is your MAC address.
