If you have problems with TikTok, you want to contact the staff quickly. If a problem cannot be solved using the app itself, you will need help from support. You can reach them in different ways.
Contact TikTok: You can find help here
If you want to contact TikTok, you can access support in this way:
- You can find initial help on the Internet via the TikTok support page.
- You can access support through your account via the TikTok app. To do this, open the app and go to “Me” in the bottom right-hand corner and open the settings by tapping the three dots.
- Scroll down and tap “Support ☻ Report an Issue”. Here you will find a list of FAQs. Have a look around. You may find the answer to your question here.
- If you don’t find an answer to your question, tap the image in the top right. Then tap “Send us your feedback” and write your message to the support team.
- Compose your message and attach a screenshot if necessary.

You can contact TikTok not only via the internet but also in other ways:

- E-mail: You can contact support by e-mail at: reports@tiktok.com
- Telephone: TikTok does not offer you the option of contacting support by phone. Use the postal or digital route.
- Tip: If you have problems with the app, it is recommended that you first contact support through your account. This way, the employees can immediately see which account and which problems are involved.
- If you have misplaced your login data, it is best to contact support by email.
