The release of the co-op spin-off Elden Ring Nightreign is planned for several platforms. It should be ready as early as 2025.
Elden Ring Nightreign: Release soon for several platforms
You probably won’t have to wait too long for Elden Ring Nightreign. The co-op spin-off set in Limgrave is scheduled for release as early as 2025.
- An exact release date is not yet known. Starting in February 2025, there will be frequent network tests for selected players to test server stability.
- You can sign up for these on the official Network Test page from January 10, 2025. If you receive an invitation, you can test Nightreign before the official release.
Elden Ring Nightreign: Overview of release platforms
Like Elden Ring, Nightreign will be available for multiple platforms:
- For Windows, you can only get the Soulslike via Steam. Nothing is known about a physical version at this time.
- Nightreign will also be released for Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. Since Elden Ring is not yet available on Game Pass, the spin-off will probably not be playable via Game Pass either.
- The PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 are also included. It will be available through the PlayStation Store.
- Please note: Cross-play is not planned for the co-op ARPG. Only the cross-gen function as in the original Elden Ring is available.
