In The Sims 4, the Playful emotion can give your Sims a boost in happiness and productivity, especially in creative careers. Here are some ways to put your Sims in a playful mood:

• Generally, any fun interaction will make your Sims playful. This includes reading funny books or even telling jokes.

• You can also watch a comedy channel to become playful.

• In addition, there is the Voodoo Magic prank skill that you can use to select “romp around”. Your Sim’s prank skill must be at least level 3 for this. Then buy a voodoo doll and tie it to the Sim you want to make playful.

• A bubble bath can also encourage playfulness.

• If you collect objects such as MySims trophies or void creatures, you can also become playful with them. To do so, simply activate the corresponding aura by clicking on the trophy and the dot in the submenu.
