Contact Snapchat: Quick and easy
If you have a problem, you can contact the Snapchat team. Note that response times from support can vary and no timeframe is given for when you can expect a reply. You may need to be patient before you receive a response from Snapchat.
- Go to the Snapchat support website.
- Here, you may find the answer to your question in the frequently asked questions.
- If that is not the case, scroll down further. Under the FAQ, Snapchat asks the question: “You need to contact us?” Click on the “Contact Us” button.
- On the newly opened page, you can submit your request. To do this, select the topic to which your problem relates.
- Snapchat will now provide some initial information with the option of further categories and possible answers to your specific topic.
- Scroll down to enter your username, email address, and, if applicable, your cell phone number, and describe your problem. Then press the “Send” button. Your request has now been submitted.
Contacting Snapchat: Also possible via the app
In addition to contacting us via the support website, you can also contact us via the mobile app.
- Open the Snapchat app on your smartphone.
- Navigate to your profile by tapping your Bitmoji or the icon in the top left.
- Tap the “Settings” gear icon in the top right.
- Scroll down to the Help and Support sections.
- Select “I need help” and then “Contact us” to see the available options.
- If the given answers are not sufficient, you can describe your problem, stating your username and email address, and send the support request.
