To pay at Zalando, you have various options. In addition to credit cards, invoices and PayPal, there are other options available.

How to pay at Zalando

Zalando offers you a selection of secure and convenient payment options. These are the options available:

• Invoice: You have 14 days to pay the invoice amount. If you return items, the payment amount will be reduced accordingly after the return has been processed by Zalando. If you have already paid for the order before the return has been recorded, you will receive a refund to your bank account.

• Credit card: Zalando accepts MasterCard and Visa, American Express, Diners Club and Discover. Your card will be charged as soon as the goods leave the logistics center.

• PayPal: If you decide to use PayPal, you will be redirected to the online payment service at the end of the ordering process. After a few minutes, the payment is registered at Zalando.
• QSEPA direct debit: With this payment method, you must provide the account holder’s name and IBAN. The direct debit authorization remains valid for 36 months. For future orders within this time frame, you do not need to re-enter your bank details. The invoice amount will be debited as soon as the merchant ships your order.
• Voucher: If you have a value or promotional voucher, you can enter the code of the Zalando voucher in two places during the payment process: in the “Payment method” step or before “confirmation”.
• Prepayment: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the important information for the bank transfer. Your ordered items will be reserved for you for seven days. As soon as the payment has been booked, the order will be processed. This can take up to five business days. Therefore, shipping takes longer for a prepayment order than for the other payment methods.

• Restrictions: PayPal installment payments are not supported by the provider.

• Zalando Lounge: The Zalando online outlet offers different payment options than the main shop. Here you can choose from credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and SEPA direct debit.

• Zalando vouchers: These are valid for 5 years and are limited to a maximum value of €200 per card and purchase.
