You can transfer, reset or delete your Clash Royale score if you wish. All you need is a Supercell ID
Clash Royale: How to transfer your game score to a new device
Clash Royale, like Clash of Clans or Hay Day, is part of the Supercell games portfolio. To transfer your score, simply use your Supercell ID.
- Start Clash Royale on your current device and open the settings via the gear icon. Navigate to the Supercell ID option
- If you are not yet using a Supercell ID, the Disconnected button will appear. Tap on it to either log in or create a Supercell ID.
- After logging in or creating an account, your score will be synchronized automatically. The score is now linked to your email address that you use for the Supercell ID
- Now you can download and install Clash Royale on the new device and log in with your Supercell ID. The savegame will be loaded directly and you can continue playing.
- Note: This method works regardless of whether you are using iOS or Android.
Clash Royale: Reset or delete game state
Supercell does not intend to reset or delete your game state in Clash Royale.
- If you want to reset your save, you must log in with a new Supercell ID. To do this, log out in the settings and restart the game
- Tap on the option Play without Supercell ID in the main menu. Then navigate to the settings again. Log in with a different Supercell ID as described in the first chapter to start a new savegame
- If you want to delete your score completely, this is only possible by deleting your account. To do this, go to the Clash Royale settings and tap on More settings at the bottom
- Then tap on Delete my game account. A browser website will open where you can select the Delete my data option. Agree to the deletion of your data to remove your score and account
- Attention: The deletion of your data can take up to 30 days.
