Netherite in Minecraft is obtained from Ancient Scrap, which you can mine in the Nether with a diamond pickaxe. You can find it in small ore veins of size 1.5. Before you can create items from Netherite, the Ancient Scrap must pass through several stages.

• Netherite plates: Melt the Ancient Scrap in the smelting furnace. Netherite plates are the basis for Netherite ingots.

• Netherite ingots: You need gold to make Netherite ingots. You can make a Netherite ingot from four gold bars and four Netherite plates.

• Netherite block: To transport Netherite in larger quantities, create a Netherite block by combining nine Netherite ingots.
