Canva: Insert image – this is how it works

If you use Canva, you should know how to insert an image there. This is possible on your laptop, as well as on your smartphone.

How to insert images on Canva

If you use Canva, sooner or later you’ll want to insert your own images.

• To insert, first upload the images. On your laptop, you’ll find the “Projects” section on the left side of the Canva home page.

• There you will find a button with “Uploads”, which you click on.

• On the top right you will see another “Upload” button, which you click and then select the images you want to upload.

• Once you have selected the image, click on it and select “Use in a design” and choose which project you want to use it on.

• Alternatively, open a project and click “Uploads” on the left and select the image you want.

• In the app on your smartphone, click on the three dots in the top right corner and select “Upload” as well. You will be redirected directly to your image gallery.

• After uploading, open the respective project and click on “+”. There you can select and insert the desired image.
