If you have ordered from Boohooman, it may happen that a return is necessary. The return process is very simple and takes just a few steps.
How the return works at Boohooman
Once you have ordered from Boohooman, you have 28 days to return the goods. However, you will have to pay the cost of the return yourself.
- To return the goods, first visit Boohooman’s returns portal. There you enter the number of your order and your e-mail address or the last four digits of your telephone number.
- You will then have the option to select a return option. The label can be printed at home or at a branch.
- Follow the instructions in the returns portal and pack the return in a box.
- Paste the return label on the package, if you have printed it at home, and send it off. Keep the receipt that you get at the post office.
- You will be notified as soon as the parcel arrives at Boohooman and will receive a credit note within a few days.
- Make sure not to return items that have been worn, washed or damaged by you. These are excluded from exchange.
