Clean Tupperware boxes – instructions with home remedies

Plastic boxes such as those from Tupperware unfortunately often discolor over time. This does not affect the functionality, but looks unappetizing. So you don’t have to dispose of Tupperware because of discoloration. There is a simple trick with which the boxes look like new again.

For cleaning, all you need is sugar, dishwashing liquid, a glass of mineral water and a few ice cubes.

• First, add some sugar to the box. Don’t be too sparing here. Depending on the size of the container, feel free to put in four to five tablespoons of sugar. On top of the sugar, add a good portion of dishwashing liquid.

• Mix the sugar a little with the dishwashing liquid and then add a few more ice cubes.

• Now let the ice cubes melt. Then add the glass of mineral water. Now stir everything well, it should bubble really nicely. Pour the mineral water directly from the bottle

• Now all you have to do is wait ten minutes and let the home remedies take effect.

• Rinse the Tupperware box with clear water afterwards and the discoloration will be gone. The box will look appetizing and like new again.
