by Mike

If your Fritz WLAN repeater is causing problems, you can reset all the settings. We will show you step by step how to do it.

Reset your Fritz WLAN repeater to factory settings

  • Connect power to the Fritz WLAN Repeater and wait until the power LED is solid.
  • Now press and hold the Connect button for about 15 seconds and the process will start.
  • Release the button only when all LEDs start flashing.
  • Now wait a few minutes until the factory settings of the Fritz WLAN repeater have been loaded. The status LED should flash for at least one minute when the process is complete.
  • You can then connect the unit to your computer via LAN cable and set it up again.

Reset the Fritz WLAN repeater N/G

  • Connect the unit to the power and wait until the word “Fritz” appears on the display.
  • Tap the left touch point two to three times until the symbol with the round arrow and the letter “R” appears.
