With a Spotify code, you get direct access to the music of other users. They generate a code of their playlist they want to share, you in turn scan it and are taken directly to the music. This is a simple and practical way to share songs from Spotify. Once you have received a code, follow these steps:

• Open the Spotify app on your smartphone.

• Tap “Search” here (magnifying glass icon).

• Tap on the camera symbol in the top right-hand corner.

• Now all you have to do is hold your smartphone on a Spotify code and the corresponding music will be displayed. Note that you must allow Spotify to access the camera.
